FINANCE & ADMIN. MANAGER

Finance & Admin. Role
The Finance and Admin Manager is a key leadership and support position that supports the operational activities of 4WardEA which includes operations, production, sales and marketing, and impact and quality. 

The Finance and Admin Manager will support all budgeting, accounting, procurement, inventory, and financial reporting needs of the business.

The successful candidate will operate within QuickBooks software, and have high attention to detail to make sure that all appropriate procedures are efficiently followed in order to support the business. 

OUR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar field

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in book-keeping and computerized. accounting systems - QuickBooks within a relatively large company.

  • Ability to prioritize a diverse and heavy workload and meet tight deadlines. 

  • Financial reporting skills.

  • Experience in setting up new accounting systems.

  • Experience in making improvements to financial systems; an aptitude for this work is an advantage.
